Processing Time All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carrier The MODDZ Collection ships via USPS. Shipping method and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been picked up by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at usps.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages The MODDZ Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at moddzllc@gmail.com and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at moddzllc@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work to make it right.
International Shipping International shipping rates and options are available at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. The MODDZ Collection is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
