Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been picked up by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at usps.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your shipment is lost in transit or tracking indicates a delivery issue, please contact us at support@themoddzcollection.com so we can provide available shipment information and assist with reasonable next steps. Once an order has been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, The MODDZ Collection is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@themoddzcollection.com with photos of the damage. We will work to make it right.
